I want a character that uses a whip as a weapon. I don't want a side character where it's shown them using the weapon only once or twice, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a main character either.
I want something with action!! Good story, decent/fantastic art.
Romance? Don't really care.
S&M whip play does NOT count!
I don't want anything smutty, yuri, yaoi, etc etc.
Don't want a one-shot.

Things that don't really count would be characters like Lucy from Fairy Tail, she's only used that thing like 3 times, other than that it's just for show.

Majeh the female lead gets a whip (cursed whip) later in the story but then she uses it quite a few times
