Judging from from the last two pages with Orihime saying how Ishida's injuries were different from normal reiatsu injuries, as well as how Ishida looked in that last panel, that might be a clue as to what Tsukishima's fullbring power is...

I thought about it and it seems that Tsukishima's fullbring might have something to do with mind control, so I wonder, is Ichigo going to have to fight his friends that have been touched by Tsukishima's blade?
That might be interesting cus I don't think he'll want to fight Orihime and/or Ishida
