I remember watching them but i don't remember their titles.

the first was about the guy that had some kind of dragon eyes or something. His childhood friend is a glasses wearing witch. She has a blonde rival that is kind of arrogant.

the second i remember even less clearly has something to do with three young boys and esp. I think it has something to do with a dog. Its not a comedy. thats all i can remember, it was a while ago...
