I've often noticed how sadly lacking manga /anime are when it comes to villains who wear glasses.

This might be a weird request, but I'd like to see a manga or an anime with a bespectacled antagonist. No sunglasses, shades or heavily-tinted specs, please! The person (gender is not an issue)'s eyes should be clearly visible.

Obviously, the antagonist concerned should be a very major one with an important role in the story; not a "villain-of-the-episode/chapter" type.

I wonder if I'll even get any replies? Oh, well...my fingers are crossed!

The antagonist in Gate 7 wears a glasses, if I remember correctly~
How about Elliot in Cardcaptor Sakura? Though he's not actually an antagonist ^^

Dr Ni Jianyi in Saiyuki, though he appears infrequently

Maybe Weiss Kreuz? I've not read the manga, but if it is anything like the anime the head of the main baddies wears glasses.

Hellsing both the head of the main evil organization and the main rival character wear glasses.

Lezard Valeth is the antagonist of the Valkyrie Profile video game series. I know he appears in at least some of the manga spin-offs, though I haven't read them all, so I can't be sure if they decided to drop him from any of the mangas. (I hope not, he's my favorite character in the series.)
