Well, I am sick of characters where their personalities or who they are are unstable. I mean, there was allot of manga's where the character change in some way in which contradicts what the character was in the first place.
I'd like a character like Lelouch, he was stable and always had a definite personality that defines who he was. Compared to so many manga where you are unsure if he or she is a cool, stable character and then ends up being a wussy abused and used by everyone.
I want some characters like the main guy from freezia... or like Lelouch and so on. I am sick of abused, unsure characters... well, i won't mind if they are abused if the character is stable and interesting but, I prefer a rather cool, stable character.

So, i mostly want a male cool and stable guy as main character[it can be female too but prefer male].

Example of manga I'd like is Blue Heaven, Ichi the Killer, Freesia and allot more similar to those... anyways, even shounen would be ok if the character is actually rather calm and stable [by stable its personality wouldn't contradict itself.]

Noblesse fits I believe.

Durarara!! (Novel) and Baccano! (Novel) are really good with characters. They all have great personalities that don't change throughout the story. The anime are also excellent. I haven't read the manga though, so I can't say if it's good or not.
