Basically, the uke and seme started dating when the seme kissed the uke and took his first kiss and when the uke hit the seme, he hurt his hand.
The seme then offered to care for him till his hand got better.
From there they established a relationship and the seme turns out to be this rich guy and the uke is still a high school student.

After two years of dating, the uke is still too scared to have sex and therefore the seme needs to release himself and has other sex partners. The uke finds out eventually and is heartbroken and does some stuff and the seme regrets it and they get back together and blah balh
