If you're going to go out of your way to buy a separate ebook reader, eink is the superior choice. You won't ever be able to replace a number of sensations that come from reading an actual book- the smell and feel of the pages, for instance, are missed by a shockingly large proportion of people, not just bibliophiles like myself- but eink is the closest we've come to an actual book. If you're going to spend the money, it's the way to go.

I got my Kindle couple of weeks back. I'm overjoyed with it. smile
Reading on LCD can strain your eyes pretty quickly but with Kindle it's the same as I were reading a book.
Not to mention I can read manga on it too. biggrin

I read on my iPad, on the Kindle app. It's such a great invention to be able to read any book, anywhere, even in the dark. I love it!
