Hi everyone,

I need help identifying a short story about a prince and his pet bird (a boy with wings).

I believe the story goes like this: In some faraway land, a prince has a pet bird who sings very beautifully. One day the prince fall sick. Everyone gave up on the prince except the bird who continued to sing until he finally lost his voice. The prince recovered only to find that the bird has been thrown away because he could no longer sing. The story ended happily with the prince and the bird living happily together.

Please help, it's been driving me crazy @_@
