Is this was just a joke i would probably go with the "Marrying ties you down. Would have 'fun' with instead", since it's quite funny...
But then again, there are some people who actually MARRIED A FICTIONAL CHARACTER!

Like all those who said it before me, if they became real, as in 'flesh and blood' actually substantial sort of real, sure, if it happened, why not? If you mean filing for a marriage license with a made-up, imaginary character, nope, it's strange. Anyways, if it's the first case, then I'll have to go with Yukina Kou from Sekaiichi Hatsukoi; then again, I wouldn't want to break up Kisa and Yukina, so no. Ah... But somebody like him would be nice.
