What made me annoyed at Raito was how his perosnilty did a complete 180 in the warehouse; I know he got caught but the drastic change to cowardness and the way he gave away the piece of the death not that was in his watch was to unlike him that I was pissed. I know the mangaka was fored on the ending but still.

Misa in Death Note.
She is annoying because she is nothing but a push over and also just a puppet. The fact that she would do anything for Light was weird. It's one thing to be thankful towards Raito for being Kira, but she was plain obsessed. Actually all the females in Death Note were annoying. Takada was also annoying to me. Naomi was the only intelligent female in Death Note, but she was killed early because she is just a minor character.

Perhaps I'm presumptuous to infer this, but I get the feeling that she might become too wrapped up in her "duty" to the organization, without thinking things over, that one of my favorite charecters might suffer from her being in the way by attempting to fulfill her tasks assigned by the organization. It's already happening anyways. :/ So she's annoying.

True, she is bit like Priscilla in the beginning... much much weaker of course.
Galatea is one of my fav chars as well. Second favorite, in fact, after Teresa.

i agreed that misa (death note), sasuke (naruto) & miaka (fushigi yugi) are the annoying characters especially they are the characters that play major roles in the story..
i hate when i read have to read about them though i dislike fushigi yugi because of the heroin..
also i hate & annoyed at these characters:
Hatsumi Narita (hot gimmick) -- dumb girl.. yuck..have a bad ending too
tsukamoto tenma (school rumble) some of her stupidity makes me skipped over her scenes..
Hagu (honey & clover) such a crybaby & slow-minded fella.. i dont know what she is thinking about..
Risa (DN Angel) stupid & too annoying twin
usagi (sailormoon) when he is thinking madly about her soulmate ( tuxedo mask) so lame..
all characters in Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch --> whats with the title? so disturbing.
kiyota nobunaga (slam dunk) always & loves to show off but didnt do anything spectacular himself..
reborn (hitman reborn) i dont like this character.. cheesy..
