Hello, I looking for a manga which i read a couple of days ago but cant seem to find it again. It about two Queens, a Black Queen and White Queen who are like gods in there world. The black queen is jealous of the white queen and ends up going to war with her and eventually killing her. The black queen then rules over the world and every time a new child is born she checks on it and if there is a sign that that baby is going to be the new white queen she is killed. Then there is a nation who hasn't let the black queen inspect their children and that is where the hero is. The queen destroys that nation but the hero was able to escape. If anyone knows the name please let me know.
