I don't know if this has been requested before but it would be great to have the following:
- Ability to add a manga to the unfinished list directly from the manga info page.
- Ability to add notes/comments for yourself. Especially wish list and unfinished. Then you can remember why you don't like it or want to read it.

Oh I like the second one. But the first one just require more clicking, then you can make it unfinish :/ I guess it should go to consideration.
I don't know if this has asked yet also o.O There's an alert for new PM messages, how about alert if a scanlator scanlated/released one of your manga in your wishlist? It could go like "New WishList Releases!" @_@

Yeah for the first one I use this to track my reading list and if I find something that I don't like, I'd like to go here and flag it unfinished. Now I have to flag it as something else then go in and mark it as unifnished.
I'd love to see it so that it emails/PMs you when new releases for any of your reading ones show up. Now I have to check a bunch of sites or just keep my eyes open. If release # > where you are at, then it adds it to your list or something.

I agree. And when using the search engine, the unfinished blue circle doesn't appear ._. I see exclaimation marks and check marks, but no blue circles...

...why? It works perfectly fine for me ( checked with IE6, IE7, Opera, Firefox and Safari )
As for the pms or emails, we had that suggestion before

and it did not catch the attention of the staff.

There's a reason why we labeled as "unfinished". What we reasoned was that if you put it on that list, you started reading it but didn't like it that much so you dropped the series, thus what's the point of seeing updates for that series?
And what Indreju is correct

I think this is an nice idea adding "unfinished" to the top of the page info because it would help organize the manga people have read a lot easier. It would be more convenient and quicker instead of going all the way to the My Lists and having to look for the series before selecting the move.
edit: clarified

I know I often look for new series on the "releases" list (seeing what's been released and then clicking on the link to read more about the manga). Having "unfinished" labels show up at times like that would help a lot, actually... if a manga was really boring, you may not remember that you started it at all, or even recognize its name.
While on this topic, what about having these labels (reading/completed/wishlist/unfinished) and filters applied on the archives pages, too?

True this is one use for the unfinished list but I also use it for series that haven't been updated in many months. I suppose I could leave these on my reading list but I like to keep my reading list as small as posible and not have 6-7 extra manga junking it up. Thus having this feature would actually be rather helpful for me.You must be registered to post!
