Well this is didn't affect me as much as dynasty since i wasn't reading a lot of stuff from them but still it was a good group and i really enjoyed the few chapters i have read from them.

All good things will eventually come to an end, Ala Atra Scans did very well in the time they were active, we remember the joy you brought us, your hard work will never be forgotten, and it's a good thing that the group ended with no drama or hurtful stuff like that.
My only hope is that from the ashes will rise a new phoenix. Good bye

Saw the news on their site this morning when I went to get the latest chapter of Nagasarete Airantou. I'm really sad to see them close up shop as I thought they did an excellent job on both this title, as well as Cahe Detective Club. Glad to see that another group is picking up NA, and I can only hope that Cahe gets the same treatment.

Well Vteck didnt exactly find homes for all our series, but we made sure NA would be taken care of since it was our flagship series. I expect that Simple will take over Iris Zero but dont quote me on that. We had a good run and managed to catch up NA to the magazines in a matter of 2 years even though we were behind by 3.5 years worth of chapters when we started. If any groups want to take our series let one of the other members know at our forums.

I kinda saw that coming...not that this group would do it but that it would happen after the rants I did on our site and then later gave up by closing my group. (Though I'm still in process of finishing stuff cuz I'm damn great)
No workers means no scanlation.
Now leechers would say: "It's okay, someone else will do it some day"
My comment to that is: "The question is when and what's going to be forgotten"
Ahh ala ala ala....well you bought me lots of good titles; Jio, Ar Tonelico, Rappi and other great stuff. Oh well I can just go find the raws for stuff I still need to complete. Sux for others who don't know japanese though, lol
Now who's going to be next, kekekeke?
PS: I rest my case, people (You know who you are  See, I know the future  )
