I'm sort of a Mac newbie. I have a macbook and was wondering how to view manga on it. With a pc, after I unzipped files picture viewer would automatically size the pages and I could scroll from page to page with the arrow key.
How can I do that on the mac? My main concern is being able to scroll from image to image with the arrow keys without having to open each image separately. Thanks in advance, I feel kind of silly for not knowing.

On mac there is also a image viewer. I thinks you probably use it.
To open more than one picture a the time you only need to select the picture you want.
Than then pictures you have chosen open in 1 window and you can scroll down you the arrows

yes just select all images in a folder, and open them in preview
in Leopard, you can even do it by pressing the space bar

Good God, people... has anyone of you ever tried a google search?
Well, whatever. Take a look at Simple Comic (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/31442) or Xee (http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/xee.html). I haven't tried them myself (don't have a mac), but they seem kinda similar to ComicDisplay

1st. Take Photo of Mac
2nd. Post photo of Mac on Ebay
3rd. Wait a week for bids to get high
4th. Take your money and buy a PC =D.
But all kidding aside try using a program called CDisplay ^^ really the only way I read manga on my computer. I'm not sure if it works on a Mac but it should =)

The best way is to use preview first selecting all the images in the folder, command+A then command+O to open by default its set to open with preview. When its open up you can view then by scroll up and down with the arrow keys or press shift+command+F to view them in slide show mode once you do that it automatically changes to the next image every 5 or so seconds but if you hit the space bar it stops and you can change it manually by using the left and right arrow keys to read at your own pace. When you start dealing with cbz and cbr file formats you can get a program called Jomic to open them open.

I'm not sure if this helps but I use a program called ComicsViewer however I run a Windows based PC not a mac.
You can try the program. It's one of those executable programs so there's nothing to install. (I would assume it works on a mac, no harm trying since you're not installing anything ^^ )

Open the folder once downloaded, highlight all the image files, and double click on one. That's what I do anyway. xD
