I read this manga a long time ago, about this detective who really didn't toe the line with the rules. He was willing to do anything to catch the culprit. The story was really dark, lots of killings and stuff, fairly long (about 15-20 volumes?) and it had decent art. Problem is, I want to read it again, but I forgot the manga's name. If anyone could help out, that'd be nice. =D
