Im feeling abit pissed about this ending/chapter, if it is the ending that is. If it ends like that with no sequel then im really angry he ended it on those notes.

Yes you have, its really unclear since the chapter 126 of claymore ended with The End, but nothing else to back it up that its really the last chapter. Although highly likely that it has seeing how the chapter ended.

Honestly, if that was the ending... the author accomplished something I never imagined to be possible. He managed to write a beyond crappy ending for an epic series. I mean, claymore was on my top 3 of all time favorite manga/manwa but after this (supposedly) ending I can't stop feeling that the time I spent reading this could have, and probably should have, been spent doing something else.
TL; DR
Completely awful ending to an, until now, epic manga title.

You do realize that this site is run by people unrelated to the manga and have as much clue as you about whether its ongoing or not right? When a confirmation has been made they will probable change it, things take time. On another note i just noticed claymore is still on volume 21 while the released chapter was part of volume 23 so that may help you understand why it says its still ongoing?

Well, it WOULD mean "the end" to the organization that is so called "Claymore" within the story.  Time would tell.

End means, "end of the arc."
When they make this into a volume, that will be the conclusion chapter to that volume.
The author wouldn't end the story without showing glimpses of Clare meeting Raki...
What would be the point in showing Raki if it were going to end.
This is NOT THE END. If it was the end, Jump would have announced it.
ANN (AnimeNewsNetwork) and even MangaStream would have already told us fans of it.
Wouldn't we have already anticipated it, before the chapter came?
Claymore is a manga that teaches us how to "THINK" and fight for what you believe in.
You guys claim to be fans of Claymore, and yet think of crappy stuff life this without thinking first.

Reading chapter 126 in the middle I was like "Oh wow what the hell is that?"
then " (O_O) Oh my so youma are...."
finally "Can't wait till the next chapter"
Looks on the left hand corner of page "Claymore ~~~ End"
"Whaaaaaaaaaa!?!" 
Ah ok nevermind, true this could just be the ending of the volume
 DUH.
