Shoujo or Josei with Masculinely-drawn Male Lead and Strange Female Lead

The guy is definitely not effeminate, and Spoiler (mouse over to view) in view of the end! the girl could be described as "loving and slightly obsessive". But it's probably far from what you had in mind. ________________

So long as the male lead isn't super girly, I would love a manga about a girl with obsessive behavior who everyone perceives as a total loser. Can you tell I suck at finding things? Hahahahaha. Maybe cutting that out will help me find it... Thank you so much for the recs, though! Doubt looks super promising! If you have any more, I will be ever greatful!
