What manga are these chapters from?

I was reading Genshoku Tsundere Danshi Ikenai Sensei and there was only supposed to be 5 chapters but it went on to 12 chapters. Of course it was a different manga so i just wanted to know what Manga do these chapters belong to?

Im not sure if 8-12 has the same story because I stopped reading at the start of chapter 7. If you know Please tell me! Also could you tell me who the author is and where to find it...

after googled it, I can say it is Kimi ga Uso o Tsuita

i'm not sure, but could it be Kimi ga Uso wo Tsuita by YORITA Miyuki?
