I'm looking for a manga where a nerd, quiet, or outcast guy softens a tough, delinquent girl's heart. She saves him with her strength from different situations, but acts like a shy girl in love around him. Kinda a reverse of most with a quiet girl and strong guy. I haven't found any like that so I was wondering if there was one.

If memory serves yandere kanojo was like that, but its more of an episodic gag manga.

Oresama Teacher - not quite what you described, but it does has a delinquent girl and she does save the guy quite often
Yankano! - it might turn into what you are looking for, but it only has 2 chapters

No delinquents:
Freezing - to some extent, but it's pretty bad
Mission! School - no delinquents, but it might fit partially
