I'm not sure if it's a manga or a fictionpress story... so any help is appreciated.
The story is about 2 guys (most likely high school age) that have a large height difference. They can switch rolls (uke/seme). When the short one is seme, he complains about the fact that he can't kiss the tall one on the lips because of the height difference, but the tall one can kiss him, when tall is seme.
All and any help is very wanted!
