What I remember from it was that it was about a delinquent and the captain of the school disciplinary committee. At first the delinquent didnt like the captain because the captain is so rough with everyone especially him but then he saw the captain shedding a tear in private and ended up falling in love with him from then on. So after a while of chasing him they end up together and the delinquent finds out more about the captain's past. The captain's past delt with him lending money to his lover/step-brother and never seeing him again until he comes back....
