i've successfully translated and typesetted hibi chouchou chapter 5 on my computer.. does anyone know if i'm allowed to upload it onto baka-updates or anything? if not i'm willing to provide you guys with the .rar file..

In order for your release to be added to the MU database it needs to be official, which means you need a website or forum or IRC channel announcing the release and having it available to the public (download link). Once you have done that, go to User CP > Add Group and add the group name and website/forum/whatever and an admin will approve it. Once that's done, your release will be added to the database.
