So I've looked around for delinquent (yankee) themed manga, but all of them are "kind of not true to the idea of delinquents", I mean, all those bishounen and perfectly nice guys who magically fall in love with this and that girl. That is really not to my taste.
I would like to read a manga that is more on the comedic side, but still has this realistic grasp of delinquents.
It's not like I'm against romance in it, but nothing like the description in my first paragraph please ^^

Ocha Nigosu is doubtfull, the main character is seen as delinquent but is very down to earth, it certainly still has it's comedic side
Maybe teacher based manga like gokusen and GTO
Worst I didn't really like it (read up to chapter 80) but is exactly what you ask for. (exept I can't remember if there was comedy)
All manga named (except "Worst") have the Myuym quality seal of approval

If you like Worst, also read it's prequel Crows. I think that it fits perfectly, and I really enjoyed reading it.
