Well, title self-explanatory.
But i want the story to focus in making manga. The creative process, the manga industry, stuff like that. Not the main characters just being mangakas with a story that focus in something else.
Thanks in advance!

Someone have any others suggestions...? (I'll check How to Make a Manga)

Well...technically...
Understanding Comics, Reinventing Comics, and Making Comics. They're like textbooks about comics, told in comics format, which actually turns out to be quite a good read. You learn a ton about creative processes, the industry, the essence of what comics are...manga is mentioned very often in it too! Though, if you're not really interested in all the fine details, I recommend just Understanding Comics. It's great for everyone!
Aoi Honoo - Manly flames of passion. I've only read a few chapters of one of the sequels, Hoero Pen, though, so I'm not sure how the content is. It seems the sequels go into specifics on a mangaka's life, so maybe you could try those out if you don't like the first one.
G Senjou Heaven's Door - I read this years ago, so I can't really remember much. There's some personal drama, but I'm not sure if it overshadows the making manga part.

Perhaps 0 kara Hajimeru Manga Kyoushitsu ?
It actually teaches you the process of making a manga through a rich girl named Reika who wants to be a mangaka and a butler (a good looking one ( that teaches her how to be one. I found it pretty interesting and didn't realize how hard it is to actually create manga. It's not really a story but a tutorial. You can think of it as a 'how-to' manual. Hope this helped? ^-^

In 20th century boys, some minor characters were manga artists under a regime that pretty much censorship everything.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun - Quite hilarious 4-koma, so far including some of the creative basics
