HI, I read this a long time ago, but since it is/was ongoing I left it off for a while and now I can't remember the freaking name!! urghhh!

It has multiple relationships. The main boy lives with his mom in a really small house next to his well off neighbor/childhood friend. I think the main boy likes the older sister of his childhood friend from next door that lives in the well off house... shes a teacher and a little chubby but, she not the main girl. I'm pretty sure there's more relationships I just can't remember.
