a gun. that doesnt miss.with very big and fast and powerful bullets. like the ones from mother keeper.

for bankai... i go supersaiyan.

Sealed: Katana
Incantation: Reap, Daikuroshi
Shikai: Scythe and Cloak
Ability: allows me to phase in and out of this reality, not being
able to cut or touch anything, and in turn not being able to be
cut or touched, quasi invincibilty for short duration. When out
of phase my outlines become blurry and I only appear as a
shadow
Bankai: Sword Grave: turns area around the user into a valley filled
with weapons of various kinds (only bladed though) the user can instantly teleport to any weapon, even if it is in motion. The weapons can be thrown into the air or at the enemy, should the enemy deflect or avoid the weapons the user can teleport at the weapons current location and slash the enemy directly.
Finishing Move: Command: Rise! Several weapons fly into the air and suround the target. By teleporting to the weapons in turn and using shunpo to cut the enemy while pushing him higher and higher while with the last move the user stabs the target from above throwing him back to the ground and piercing him with several other blades.

shikai: a light blue beam with a white center emits from one end
advanced acrobatics as well as telekineses are the power ups
bankai: I turn into a green little creature and fight jumping and twirling around, only problem grammatical, they are!

Incantation: "Dominate"

Shikai power: The power would be similar to illusions, but limited to shapeshifting the weapon before the victim with the weapon able to inflect damage if so desired, or even becomng a living object. The shape of the is unknown because it is the weapon that is shifting shape.

Manisfestation: It would take on the form of six different people; three girls and three boys. Each person would have a different personality, and would be the incarnation of a different aspect of emotion, such as one would be anger, one would be mischeviousness, another reasoning, calmness, excitement, and emptyness.

Bankai: the bankai would be a scythe. The power would be that if you are struck with the scythe, a part of your life is taken away and added to mine. However, if you manage to counter and strike back, you recieve a portion of my life. The amount of life taken is doubled each time a strike is made.

Release: Sonner à l'heure

Shikai:
1) Can momentarily stop people's perception of time (like Rolo from Code Geass)
2) Summons a large mass of flying wrought iron numbers to attack people with
Manifestation: Wrought iron minute hand of clock, can be used as a sword

Bankai:
1) Can make people immune to injury as long as in bankai form (à la Miranda's from D.Gray-man's time disk), but they get injured later all the same
2) Glowing clock faces appear on the ground, if trapped in one, the victim's perception of time is frozen and the clock face will beam spam them
Manifestation: Wrought iron hour hand of clock, can be used as a dagger or enlargened to a triangular broadsword.

Super Bankai:
Freezes opponent's perception of time, whirlwind of wrought iron numbers attack them, followed by many giant clock face beam spams and finally stabs with both hour and minute hand swords/sharp pointy things. May cause memory loss/erasure from existence.

this isnt exactly what you asked, so i am going to post most of the character i created for my fic in progress

my character (who doesn't yet have a name) is a cross between a shinigami and an arrancar. as such he has a regular shikai and a ressurection (he dosent know bankai)
the name of his sword is Mjolnir
it is shaped like a Katana except the blade is staight and it has no tusba (guard)
shikai release command is "sound across the heavens"
in shikai form, it looks lke a massinve warhammer, though it still retains it's original weight, allowing him to swing it with ease. he can also call down and control bolts of lighting

for his ressurection the command is "split the world in two"
in this form his skin becomes incredibly hard (without camprimsing his mobility) and he bevomes faster. these two factors increase his momentum allowing his unarmed attacks to hit like a hammer, hence the name Mjolnir (thors hammer)

Incantation: looking strange
Shikai: looking even more strange
Manifestation: even more boring ball
Bankai: making you go crazy over time

I looked at this thread and thought, "Hm, wouldn't this be an interesting way to use my time."

Name: Kamizuki (I combined the words "wind" "wild fire" and "crescent moon", but the words form something like "divine crescent of wind and fire")

Sealed form: A one-and-a-half handed sword. Resembling a katana (or gumdo), but with a longer hilt and blade. It's easier for me to control, with a bit less speed but more power.

Incantation: Cut the skies, burn the ground.

Shikai power: Fiery streaks of wind begin blowing around my blade. So I now have increased cutting power and can also burn the enemy. I can send out big slashes of wind that are on fire. I can also create fire tornadoes. My speed gets a huge boost too. *makes self an overpowered person*

Manifestation: A phoenix. It's something beautiful, yet wild.

Bankai power: All around me, a hurricane starts. The wind can cut anything and it's also on fire.

The three has 3 personailitys: Red = Pissed off easy like fire.
Blue = Rush to make choices like water going down a water fall.
White= He is as cold as ice...
Bankai: The three worlds bowing down to the Three Headed Dragons
Fusing me with my Zanpaktou.I have two wings( Right is White and Left is Blue)
and a red sword
Powers: When i Swing my Sword Strong Flames comes out.
When i move my Left wing, A Tsunami comes out.
When i move my right wing, Snow comes out.

sealed form: crystal dagger
Shikai: sword becomes a crystal one hander - let the user now what the opponents are thinking (up to 3 opponents)
Manifestion: A black haired girl with a white dress looking like a doll (future) and a tall, handsome guy with white hair (present) - the guy is the shkai and the girl the bankai
Bankai: User can stop the time for his opponent (also can be used on allies when they are injured, so they won´t die until help arrives)

Incantation: change the flow of time

I haven't seen/read Bleach in a longgg time, but here I go.

Name: Ren
Sealed form: Anklet
Incantation: something along the lines of, "Hey, Ren? Yo, wake up..."
Shikai power: Becomes a 5 inch long by 1.5 inch wide sharp knife with a comfortable white grip
Manifestation: Androgynous person that's good for conversation, but remotely apathetic. Fair hair and skin.
Bankai power: Knife skillfully controls itself, but any pain felt by the opponent I will feel myself (but without the actual injury).

It seems to be more practical as a survival tool rather than for fighting.
