i tried googling that manga and page, but for me that page of that chapter of the manga is just a picture of one of the characters.

maybe you are confused and are just asking if what manga that is and if its yaoi- well, yes. as you can see by the title of the link it is from a yaoi manga called himegoto asobi

I found it in the Forever-more gallery. It's from the manga Double Call and the mangaka is Hiiro Reiichi
