Okay, I was about to say the only work I knew was Kanpai! too, but I just remembered (You lucky xD) this yaoi which is a bit gory. Not much but still: It's better than a complete bump no? =D

i mean there must be quite a bit of ero guro out there. surely there must be some where MALE get torn to pieces. I'm not looking for yaoi, i' just looking for male victims. It can be femdom too.

Sorry i don't know the name of it, and i really don't like ero-guro, but recently there was a manga where a nun dominates and castrates a young boy, it's very new, found it [Kokuriu] Castrato .
And the only ero-guro that i read and laugh was from Juan Gotoh, like the Graduation and beheading ceremony.

That Kanpai! doujinshi is the only one that comes to mind. Male victims is such a difficult thing to come across, I can only recommend making a thread on Gurochan on their /r/equest board.

I'm sure you'd have more luck there, but they're a bit on the slow side just so you're aware.
