Yay, as i'm a perv ( the internet is for p0rn after all;) ) i decided to move my lazy ass a bit and post something.
Myself i guess it'd depend on how it was meant, if serious, well i'm tolerant towards things, however i really doubt i'd ever swing that way ( well, if someone were to put my brain in a female body, who knows, but we're talking about realistic stuff, right? ).
If it was a joke it'd be np, i'd pay him back somehow
Honestly, ask her what she meant with it and then do whatever you'll feel like.
I don't get why ppl wrote about beating the other person? Don't be so uptight, it's only a kiss;)

i don´t have a best friend, but if hypotetically i had one and he were to kiss me, it would surely scare the hell out of me, unless he could explain the reason behind the kiss and me understanding it being reasonable, it would mean the end of the friendship. If it was only a joke well, i would forgive him and tell him to never do it again.

Id be extremely freaked out, as she currently has a boyfriend. >.o
There would be an awkward silence, followed by me going home.
I'd probably avoid her for a couple of months, and then we'd hang out again, but it would be sort of weird.
I doubt our friendship would be the same if that ever happened.
If it was a kiss on the cheek, I wouldn't really care though. ^^

I would tell him that I have a girlfriend, kind of. And that he will have to deal with remaining friends. Then I would leave and constantly use mouth wash and brush my teeth for the next hour or so. And then go kiss the girlie that is kind of a girlfriend like person.

I don't have a best friend, but if any of my friends tried to kiss me I would stop them right away with a push.
If I didn't have time to stop it before it happened I'd bite my friend's mouth off.
It would be instant revenge.

If it was a hot girl that was intrested in me and I had intrest in her then I'd probably stay that way for a while then try and grab her ass.

lol same here. we always joke around with the idea of eloping and how we love each other. though it never crossed the line and turned physical (well other than hugs and normal stuff)
my reaction would probably be confused or maybe even playing along depending on the situation.
if its someone else though >_>
i guess my first reaction would be shock that she swings that way (along with being flattered and then seriously think about it  )
