Americans have whiskey, French have champagne, Italians have wine, Germans have beer, Russians have vodka, and the Japanese have sake. What are the alcohols for all of the other countries?

Alcoholic beverages are traded internationally... It's not clear whether you are confused or ignorant; you seem to be referring to the countries of origin of certain types of alcoholic drinks or the most popular type in each country. Either way, you would be better off googling such questions.
Also, "soake?" Sake.

Argentinians have mate as a common beverage, a non-alcoholic drink, wine or beer maybe as well

You are mistaken about Whiskey. It originally is from Ireland/Scotland. It was developed due to using grain beer to distill over wine as they lacked grapes.
If you want to talk about national alcohol for the US, you need to talk about Soda. It was used as a replacement drink during the prohibition and would have never gained enough strength without it. Before it was used mainly as a medicinal tonic and mix for alcohol.

the stuff they make in their cellars?
I heard some of the are filtering spiritus by letting it run through a tower of toast. it seems you can actually drink what you get afterwards. I wonder about the taste though

Us Finns have Koskenkorva, which is pretty much the same as Vodka and a few nasty, shady homebrew spirits that are more of the same, but usually taste bad or worse.
Also, not really "national" in the same sense, but beer is also consumed in quantities that only a few other countries surpass.

That's Irish whiskey, yes. Bourbon whiskey, however, has it's roots in the American South. If you want to talk about national alcohol for the US, you need to talk about Soda. It was used as a replacement drink during the prohibiti ...
