I feel really bad, since I really liked this one, and I'm not even sure if they continued updating it but...
The manga is about a girl who's getting an arranged marriage to a boy chosen by the fact that they share the same birthdays. They end up getting married (hurr hurr) and it's a really innocent love story. :< But I forgot the name, and I've been searching for a while.
