This story, as a love story, might as well become about him and the other editor. She actually likes him in a manner that isn't professional.
The relationship between him and the main female lead is just too professional, I really get no hints of either of them liking the other(aside from finding her attractive because who wouldn't). I almost wanted to write cold, it's amicable but distant, something like that.
I have no problem if it was like that. I'm not saying it should or is like that either though.

It is a romance and a harem. Multiple girls are interested in him with the other editor having the highest potential of becoming a love interest as of now. It seems like it is mutual. Its not exactly revealed yet but I think she actually slept with him when she was drunk and out of control. Main female lead is now blackmailing her with a picture of whatever happened that night.
