Came across this page while reading Tokyo Kareshi. Does anyone know which manga the pics are from? I was unable to find out from the scanlator's site.

I looked around. Looks like the pictures are fanart by an artist called H2SO4.

Or maybe I'm wrong, since there seems to be scans of it. Or maybe he just released an artbook/art along with doujinshi.
