As I posted in another thread, Priscilla didn't go down that easily. Though I didn't quite get what that black thing she vomited was--the Destroyer? Or something that Isley put into her to keep her under his control?

It was the Destroyer. It was said right there in the dialogue. Pricilla somehow made all the attacks she took thus far to actually damage the Destroyer that was still nested inside her, all the while continuing to fight it with her own strength as well. Since that made it essentially 2v1, the destroyer lost their struggle and got purged.
Isley was never actually in control between him and Priscilla as such. I mean, what could have controlled her? 'till the almost accidental birth of "Raciela", she was the absolute undisputed pinnacle of strength among the awakened ones.
Edit: Oh yeah, major props for your user name. Brings back some warm memories.
Edit. 2 Nah. Raciela was one of the nicknames the community came up for the Destroyer. Luciela + Rafaela --> Raciela.
The new thingy hasn't been named yet.
Annd. I was saying, what could have controlled her? As in, how do you control her, since she is so far above everything else? Claymore doesn't have much in the ways of actual mind-control, as far as we've been shown.

Raciela? Is that what the creepy thing is called now? Man, that empty smile has been haunting me all night.
And as for why control Priscilla, you answered your own question. ^^ Why would anyone want to control the strongest being on the island?
PS: Yeah, BG was good times.

And I still think Priscilla is not fighting Riful, but Riful & Dauf Son / Daughter.

Ah, that's an interesting idea. I thought Claymore's were sterile though. I thought that maybe Riful absorbed Dauf into her body and that's why she can use his pole thingy. But that doesn't quite seem to fit either, considering what happened to Dauf.
