Well, the story has a boy who has a mole at the end of his eye (left or right i cant remember). He used to have an older twin brother who had a secret love for him. But instead of telling him, the older one slept with his friends or his step father to satisfy his desire. One day he was caught while doing it with 2 friends by his brother - his love. Back then the younger brother was straight and he thought it was disgusting so he told his brother that he deserved to die (or sth like that).
At present, the younger one has a sex buddy (a boy same school). He always looked sad and talked a bit slutty but. And while he was doing it with his friend, he always thinks of his brother and regrets everything ha has done/said to him.

I really want to read it again since the plot was great, but i forgot to save it and now i cant recall its name. So please help me!
