i disagree, 
looks hardly like vash and
there is very little resemblance if any
by the way trigun is unrelated to D.Gray Man
so why mention it?

He looks a little like Vash in the sense of his ability going out of control(sort of) and looking feathery. Similar concept, similar look, right?
