I myself usually use mangastorm, have for almost a year, maybe more. I think it's easy to use and has a great selection (you can get manga from manga(reader)(fox)(here)(eden), and batoto).
Only a few downsides:
1. It doesn't have the biggest names like One Piece or Bleach
2. It only comes with english scans
3. Unpaid version only lets you save 10 faves(or something), faves tell you when something has a new chapter and can download automatically.

When I want scans in spanish I use mangarock, which uses submanga, and they have lots of other languages, though I'm not sure what sites they use. Since I don't use this one that often I don't know many of the features, but from what I've seen it works well.

tl;dr Mangastorm(paid) or Mangarock(free) will do well. Hoped this helps you make a choice biggrin

ComicRack is a program I prefer, but you have to download the manga to read it. I have mainly used the PC version and I haven't used the Android app very extensively yet. I can confirm that it opens a wide variety of file formats (e.g. RAR, ZIP, CBR, PDF). It also includes the ability to change file information. This option isn't accessible unless you buy the full version though. If you want a good idea of what the app is like, try using the PC program (which is completely free).

You did not mention the OS of your phone. Well, if you're using Android (2.3 and above) then get "Mango" from the play store. If you are using an earlier version of android, then go for "Comic reader" in the android market. These two are the best, i can remember.

Haha, I didn't even notice you never mentioned what type of phone you had, I just assumed it was an iphone, weird. laugh
So the ones I mentioned are for iphone, and you get them from the appstore.
