I've been hunting for it for awhile now, and I have decided to turn to the forums.

I do remember that it was probably mature.
One scene I remember is that people look at girls from another building, and one of the girls was murdered, and mystery was that one moment her head was tree, the next it wasn't, and it turned out that another woman (Luve) just pretended to have her head connected to the dead body.
I also remember that there were goldfish shaped containers that drugs came in.
