IN NO WAY EVIL, but like living in a place run by a corrupted government, so he`s really doing a good thing, or starts out being an outlaw, but turns good. I seem to remember reading one where the uke was in some kind out gang/group/something like that, and the seme was in rival with that gang/group/something. And later on, the uke found out that the gang/group/whatever was actually the bad ones( like they tried to kill him) and ended up with the seme. Thanks, ya`'ll! :]
