Well i can't remember much about the plot either, but i remember that the main girl's name is Ran, she looks like a teenager but her mind is way older, she has a special power but her body has weakened, so to fight she takes control of the mc's body by jumping on his back and grabbing his head with both hands, something like that...

Sounds pretty much like Denkigai no Honya-san by MIZU Asato. Must have been a scene from chapter 4: "Is Electric Town on Fire?"
