Yeah. Beck is one of my favorites so i just want to know if other people like it and if so why. Also if you don't like it then why?

Then talk about how u love the anime!!

I am making it my goal to spread beck fandom throughout the land!!!!!!!! (ok a little excessive with the fervor but it's alright)

Anyway i think that besides the music, i love the fact that it's a shonen manga where no-one has some crazy blue hair. Or gravity defying locks.

Like westside i like the anime better, but only up to the point of the ending of the anime and start of the non-anime bits in the manga, same way I feel about Gantz. The drawing was much better in the anime in my personal opinion, and the music which you can't hear in manga helped make it believable, but the manga itself i really like seeing the developments especially between Koyuki, and Maho.

I also like the anime better, it ended just about the right time... Now, I'm feeling like The Greatful Sound is repeating in the UK under the name of Avalon...

I think I might be cool if the band really split, koyuki gone solo with the guitar he got from Eddie for a short time and form new band with the drummer, Hydou and Shingo...

I liked Beck because of the music, story and character developments especially Koyuki. I liked the anime more than the manga.

Since we're talking about Beck, what are your top 3 of the soundtrack? Mine are Face, Moon on the Water, Hit in the USA.

Gotta Say Typhoon 24 Brainstorm and Moon on the Water/I've Got a Feeling.
I split I've Got a Feeling with Moon on the Water because i like the original of I've got a feeling so much. However the anime version of Moon on the Water w/ Maho is better than the anime version of I've Got a Feeling.

I've only listened to the Beck OST, not Keith. So my favs are:
I've got a Feeling
Moon on the Water (the one w/o Maho)
Slip Out

I get the same feeling. Especially with....
Spoiler (highlight to view)
.....Ryuusuke doing the bet with the condition that Beck breaks up if they don't get the largest crowd.
However, I think the anime ended prematurely since they never showed Beck back together. They just talked about it in the end. Not the same impact as everyone meeting at Hendrix's grave. They should come out with a second season, since I want to listen to the anime versions of "Tobasco", "Baby Star" and eventually "Devil's Way."

Yeah I agree. I think that of all the companies that do dubs, Funimation is the best. I like how you can instantly hear the difference in koyuki as he develops as a singer and character. The only thing is that he sounds a little like a pussy. That and the japanese versions of the songs are better (except for moon on the water because i hate the accent in that song).

I think that Taira's bass and Koyuki's SG are the 2 sexiest instraments in the whole manga.
