This what I can remember about it
- The leading female was adopted but her original family was still alive
- There were a pair of twins in the manga, one of them was quite sickly.
- One of the twins pretends to be the other. He isn't well liked by his family
- The main female lead gave one the twins hope when he was sick
- She chooses the one who isn't well liked (?)
- They all go to a very rich school
- The main female lead goes through a period where she was in a gang
- One of the twins gave her enough hope to drop out of the gang
