I suggest to add a different mark (like double asterisk, maybe) to completed scanlated series in reading list. The reason is, most people (like me) add series in his reading list and rarely checked them whether the series already completed or not (especially for a low priority series). As you know, most people tend to read a sum of chapters at once (especially for a low priority series), and I think it's very useful if we can find out the series status with just a glimpse in your list.

Or you could just go through the Genre search and select completely scanlated and your reading list:

http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?filter=scanlated& list=read&perpage=50

This is much faster and already available solution than having to go through a reading list of thousands searching for a different icon.
