I can't read japanese, so I don't really know if it's a real manga or not but in the picture in the url you gave, at the bottom left corner states the author and it's id in some site. I followed the id and i got this http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust _id=37367836 The japanese intimidated me because I couldn't understand anything so I stopped there in my search.

Yes, it is a fanart done by a pixiv artist. I'm sorry I didn't link earlier, I thought you knew what pixiv is.
