I watched an anime a while back and am looking for it again. The main character was a boy with blonde hair and he worked/lived on a ship that flew in the sky. I think the crew was transporting cargo and he found a box with a girl in it. She had purple hair and im pretty sure she was always wearing a black dress with boots. Then, for some reason the ship crashed to the ground and it was attacked. The blonde boy somehow like equipped the girl as a weapon. She turns out to be like the most powerful of the equip weapons or whatever. Sorry that i dont remember more about the basics. The rest are just fragments, like there is a weird organization that comes to get the girl and the leader of it is a tiny female with a big pink hat who uses guns i think. And then a girl with brown hair also comes with pink hat woman and she is a weapon equip. I think people can also be turned into weapon equips.
