I've read the two announcements posted on the forum and looked up some more new, but there's no official news about it. Does anyone know if this is on hiatus or if it's already dropped? It's been 4 years since the last release

Why do people think something is on hiatus if there is no release? Scanlators have lives you know, but what seems to be the case is....nobody wants to scanlate this manga the previous group has quit and no one took their mantle and kept working on the manga.
