1. Okay so I read it not too long ago and I forgot the name. Okay s it was where this girl lived in these apartments and the guy that every guy adores ends up moving next door to her. Then something happens and he ends up living with her until her apartment gets fixed. I mean his apartment. And then they start falling for eachother, and how the person in charge of the complex has a son which sometimes goes with the girl and guy. And then there is a blonde guy who moves into the complex and tries to get the girl.

2. I don't remember what the title is but, there is this teenage girl she comes home one day and her dad tells her there are going to be some guys living with them and it turns out to be the band she likes. she helps them out when her dad cant. she kind of becomes their manager. and the lead singer falls in love with her. then their rival wants her as his manager and succeeded in getting her to be his bands manager.
