If you're going to make a recruitment thread for OSS, please keep in mind that you can only have one thread per group. So far you have created 3 in total of the same thread. And OSS already have a recruitment thread.

And each thread is a different project, keep all project under one thread. If you need more staff for a certain position, just update that thread; instead of creating new thread for each project.
