I don't know, possibly 10-15 bucks, maybe more due to fines unless it is hunting season where you live.

~$2k USD by the looks of it. Not sure why you need 32gb of RAM and only bothered with an i5 though. Might as well get an i7 if you're going for overkill.

with those 3 monitors, quite a lot, i'd say around $5-6K, a waste of money with the i5.
