All I can remeber is that the uke and seme work together at the same place. They get together and so on. Then there's a coworker and the uke gets jealous because he thinks the coworker likes the seme, turns out the coworker liked the uke at the end. Sorry if I spoiled anything dead

Could it be Kimi ga Koi ni Oboreru? But in this story it's the Seme that gets jealous of the co-worker.

Don't you remember more details? Like, how they found out the co-worker was in love with the uke...? I remember some scenes, but I don't remember the names.
